A video clip lasted about 4 minutes which is about a person who drive a modern car got chased by people who cannot stand to see the unfairness.

With the yell of people along the way, we can see the policemen accompany the driver while the accident has happened already but it was the time to send the driver to police station. The reason why the people cannot stand to that is the driver tried to run away without any solution. People believe that if the driver goes to the police station, he will be released immediately because he is reach or he has relatives as public officers (this happens always in Cambodia).
